Loyalty FAQ
How do I earn loyalty progress?
Every week you maintain an active subscription to any cafe on Brewly counts towards your loyalty level. Subscribe once, and you're on your way.
What if I switch cafes?
Your progress carries over. Cancel one subscription and start another - your total weeks subscribed still count towards your level.
What happens if I pause?
Your level stays the same, but progress pauses. You won't lose your current level - just pick up where you left off when you resubscribe.
What are surprise free coffees?
Random free coffee drops, hand-picked by the Brewly team and credited straight to your account. You'll get a notification when one lands - redeem it at any participating cafe.
What's the birthday / anniversary coffee?
From Roaster up, you get a free coffee on your birthday each year. Brew Masters also get a second free coffee on their Brewly anniversary - thanks for sticking with us.
