Does Brewly cost anything?
The Brewly app is 100% free to download and use. You only pay for your coffee bundles - no hidden fees, no premium tiers.
How much can I actually save?
Depending on the cafe, you can save up to 50% on your regular coffee order. The bigger the bundle, the more you save.
How do I redeem my coffee?
Simply open the app, swipe to redeem, and show the screen to your barista. They'll confirm it visually and make your drink.
Is there any lock-in?
None. You buy a bundle when you want one - that's it. If you switch on auto-renew, you can turn it off whenever you like, no questions asked.
Can I buy from multiple cafes?
Your bundle is tied to the cafe you buy it from, but you can have bundles at as many different cafes as you like.
How do I find cafes near me?
Download the app and browse the map to see all participating cafes in your area.
When am I charged?
You pay once, upfront, when you buy a bundle - that's it. If you turn on auto-renew, we only top your bundle back up (and charge you) when it runs low.
Do my coffees expire?
No. The coffees in your bundle are yours to redeem whenever you like - they don't expire, so there's no rush and no waste.
Is there a loyalty program?
Yes! We have five loyalty levels: Brewbie, Dripster, Roaster, Sipperstar, and Brew Master. Progress through the levels over a year of buying your coffee through Brewly and your progress carries over when you switch cafes.
