Loyalty FAQ

How do I earn loyalty progress?

Every week you maintain an active subscription to any cafe on Brewly counts towards your loyalty level. Subscribe once, and you're on your way.

What if I switch cafes?

Your progress carries over. Cancel one subscription and start another - your total weeks subscribed still count towards your level.

What happens if I pause?

Your level stays the same, but progress pauses. You won't lose your current level - just pick up where you left off when you resubscribe.

What's the anniversary coffee?

Brew Masters get a free coffee on their Brewly anniversary each year - our way of saying thanks for being a loyal subscriber.
