The Brewly app is 100% free to download and use. You only pay for your coffee subscriptions - no hidden fees, no premium tiers.
How much can I actually save?
Depending on the cafe, you can save up to 50% on your regular coffee order. The more you subscribe, the more you save.
How do I redeem my coffee?
Simply open the app, swipe to redeem, and show the screen to your barista. They'll confirm it visually and make your drink.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like, no questions asked.
Can I subscribe to multiple cafes?
Your subscription is tied to the cafe you choose, but you can have multiple subscriptions at different cafes if you like.
How do I find cafes near me?
Download the app and browse the map to see all participating cafes in your area.
When am I charged?
You're charged upfront when you subscribe, then at the start of each new billing cycle (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on your plan).
Do my coffees roll over?
Unused coffees expire at the end of each subscription cycle and don't roll over. This keeps prices low and encourages you to enjoy your coffees while they're fresh!
Is there a loyalty program?
Yes! We have five loyalty levels: Brewbie, Dripster, Roaster, Sipperstar, and Brew Master. Progress through the levels over a year of subscribing and your progress carries over when you switch cafes.
